TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Customers are required to check their garments before leaving our premises or when they are delivered to them. We shall not be responsible for any missing or damaged articles thereafter, and no claims shall be entertained.

​

  • We will always endeavor to do our best, however we shall not assume any responsibility for any loss of buttons, ornaments or any other valuables left in the pockets of or attached to the garment.

​

  • In the event that we are proven to have damaged your article, our liability will be limited to the fair value of depreciation, due to age, fashion and use, or not exceeding ten (10) times the cost of cleaning/pressing that item as charged on the invoice, whichever is lower, regardless of brand or condition. The compensation will be in the form of a coupon or discount voucher that may be utilized with us in the future.

  • We will not be held responsible for any color loss, color bleeding, fastness of color and print, shrinkage, fading and discoloration.

  • Please inform us if any laundry is of high value or requires special attention, so that we can consider the same, extra charges will apply for the washing or dry cleaning such items.

​

  • We will exercise best effort to adhere to returning the laundry within the agreed delivery period, however we reserve the right to assume no responsibility for any damages occurred due to a delay in service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse our service to any customer or item.

​

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notification and we are not responsible for errors on the website/brochure relate to pricing.

  • Articles unclaimed and/or orders that are not paid within fifteen (15) days from the delivery date of the order will be sent to our storage warehouse and kept for an additional fifteen (15) days, and a storage charge of 5 AED per day shall be charged in addition to a transfer cost of 50 AED (fifty dirhams to/from warehouse). Any articles left beyond 30 days will be considered abandoned and donated to a charitable organization without reference to the client.

  • All items are processed according to the garment care label specifically, any damages still resulting from this our considered to be misinformation from the manufacturer, we will try our best to help fix the item but can not take any responsibility for it. We are not liable for garments without care labels, therefore its always best to leave them on.

Specifically, in regards to Wash and Fold:

​

  • Wash and Fold Per KG is always mixed washed, you may request 2 separate washes if you are giving in colors and whites : charged as 2 separate orders.

  • We will not assume responsibility for delicate items received as wash and fold. This service is a quick service designed regular wear items such as t shirts, shirts, jeans, sheets, etc. Kindly do not mix in any item that you find valuable, or that requires attention, specific stain removal, bleaching etc. 

  • All items are washed in 30 degrees water and 60 degrees dryer.

  • Duvets, Stuffed Toys, Blankets, Pillows, Sleeping Bags, Mats, Bath Mats and other similar items that are required to be washed separately.
